What is Arc Flow?
Arc Flow uses a flow staff to help you feel more at home in your body.
As you move, the flow staff becomes an extension of you — something you can feel, follow, and respond to. It wakes up your senses and gives you a new way to listen to what your body is telling you.
You’ll learn movement patterns that test your focus and expand your limits.
Meet yourself in motion. That’s where the magic is — and where change begins.
What Arc Flow helps you build:
Strength + mobility
Build strength while learning to move with more freedom and control.
Range of motion
Explore bigger, smoother movement through guided patterns and flow.
Spatial awareness
Learn where your body and flow staff are in space as you move.
Reflexes + grace
Practice responding, adjusting, and moving with more ease.
Why a flow staff?
Because it becomes more than just a stick.
The flow staff gives you something outside of your body to feel, follow, and respond to. As it moves around you, you get immediate feedback about balance, position, timing, and control.
Over time, it starts to feel like an extension of you — waking up your senses and giving you another way to experience your own movement.
What class feels like:
Arc Flow is grounded, playful, and a little mythic.
You’ll learn movement patterns, build flowing sequences, and practice moving with intention. Some movements are slow and controlled. Others ask you to react, change direction, or find your rhythm.
You don’t have to perform. You just have to stay curious.
